Drinkers and mixologists have found a renewed zeal for Irish whiskeys, causing a new surge of the unpeated libation to hit the market, but there are many tried-and-true favorites that need not be forgotten. This year, forgo the typical green beers and Irish Car Bombs and celebrate the country’s patron saint with some of the best whiskey Ireland has to offer.
