In Trinoro, located in the remote southeastern corner of Tuscany, luminary Andrea Franchetti creates his idiosyncratic and spellbinding red wines, which are composed primarily of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot. One taste of this vintage will suffice to explain why Robert M. Parker refers to this producer as "one of the new superstar estates in Tuscany." ($235)
