Chef William Bradley of Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond Addison at The Grand Del Mar, in San Diego, proudly announces the launch of his 2015 guest chef series, Collections by Addison. Bradley, along with a renowned guest chef, will cook a seasonal and elegant eight-course dinner – each preparing four courses – side by side in the Addison kitchen four times this year.

- Saturday, July 25: Salute to Summer Featuring Chef Justin Cogley ($275 per person/$200 supplement for wine pairing)
- Saturday, October 17: Homage to Fall Featuring Chef Barbara Lynch ($275 per person/$200 supplement for wine pairing)
- Saturday, December 5: Honoring Winter Featuring Chefs Patrick O’Connell ($310 per person/$350 supplement for wine pairing).
