The award-winning creative team of Addison at The Grand Del Mar in San Diego is pleased to announce the opening of Bijou French Bistro in La Jolla. William Bradley, Relais & Châteaux Grand Chef and Executive Chef of Addison, is the culinary director collaborating with Chef de Cuisine Shaun Gethin, who most recently served as the sous chef at Addison.
The menu reflects the team’s preferences for tried-and-true classic French bistro favorites served in a comfortable, handsome setting where guests always feel welcome and pampered. The bright and airy dining room seats 88 people. There is a bar lounge as well as a wine bar for tasting selections from French and American West Coast producers who focus on lesser known wines offered at good value. Dinner is served nightly and live music, on a rotating performer basis, will be a draw Thursday through Saturday from 7 to 11 p.m.
