Carlton Hotel St. Moritz Highlights Italian and Swiss Food Artistry

Straight from Bergamo Italy, the Cerea brothers bring their inherited passion for food to the tables of guests at the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz. Recently awarded 18 Gault & Millau points while also holding a Michelin star, Da Vittorio is not just a restaurant but also a family empire. The Italian three-Michelin-star chefs’ trademark cuisine is aimed at taking the Lombardy tradition to the next creative level — which is evident in everything including their signature dish, paccheri, a simple pasta elevated to a legendary level.

The Carlton Hotel St. Moritz also features an authentic Swiss gourmet restaurant, Romanoff. Dishes range from well-known national dishes to specialties from the Engadin region. The authentic Swiss menu includes world-famous Swiss classics including Zurich-style sautéed veal with rösti and local specialties such as Grisons barley soup, Pizokel (spaetzle), and Capuns (stuffed chard leaves). Adding to the authenticity of the menu is the fine selection of Swiss wine and spirits, as well as a wide range of regional cheeses and Swiss baked goods and desserts.
