Hotel Chandler, a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World located on a quiet block in New York’s Flatiron neighborhood, completes its $10 million multi-phase renovation with the opening of ESquared Hospitality’s new restaurant Juni. Under the culinary direction of Chef Shaun Hergatt (formerly of SHO Shaun Hergatt), the 50-seat Juni offers a seasonally evolving menu, showcasing the bounty of the harvest and ingredients at their finest. Chef Hergatt also leads a progressive food and beverage program for the hotel’s new boardroom-style meeting space as well as an in-room dining menu.

Hotel Chandler’s meeting and event spaces will accommodate groups of 10 to 30 and offer customized menus by Chef Hergatt. Guests of the 148-room property can also experience Hergatt’s cuisine through the hotel’s room service, which is offered from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
Jane Capellini, who led Hotel Chandler’s redesign over the past year, collaborated with Meyer Davis and Chef Hergatt to create Juni’s aesthetic. The two-room restaurant showcases a monochromatic design, Venetian arched ceilings, silver patina mirrors and earth-toned leather banquets.
