Chef Thomas Keller Dishes Out New Menus for Seabourn Cruise Ships

Named as Best Culinary Cruise Line by Saveur magazine for the past two years, Seabourn has turned up the heat on its competition once again by pairing with the Michelin three-star chef Thomas Keller. Famous for the French Laundry, Per Se, Bouchon Bistro, and nine other restaurants and bakeries, the James Beard Award–winning Keller will create new menus for the Seabourn ships Odyssey, Sojourn, and his soon-to-debut signature restaurant on Quest in the fall. Exemplifying Keller’s masterful mix of the finest ingredients, innovative flavor combinations, and artistic presentation, the appetizers, entrees, and desserts he has created will eventually grace the tables of the line’s entire fleet, including the new Seabourn ships Encore and Ovation, scheduled to set sail in 2016 and 2018, respectively.
