Mark Gaier and Clark Frasier, founders of the renowned Arrows restaurant in southern Maine, have opened Summer Winter ( in the Boston suburb of Burlington, Mass. Like Arrows, Summer Winter has an on-site garden that supplies a number of the restaurant’s ingredients. The 5,000-square-foot establishment also features a bar, a raw bar, an open kitchen, and a “small bites” menu of dishes that include curried cauliflower and white beans with chorizo.
