Jean-Georges Vongerichten Comes to Mexico

The latest restaurant from Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten is Market, which opened this month in the One&Only Palmilla, Los Cabos, Mexico. The venue is a collaboration between the chef and the exclusive resort, and its exotic dishes exude the local culture and flavor. Its seafood-focused menu, served inside or on an expansive veranda, encourages diners to pick their own cooking method for many dishes. Selections include crispy wild huachinango (Veracruz-style red snapper) with jicama, sea bean and radish salad in a sesame vinaigrette, as well as line-caught steamed cabrilla (sea bass) with parsnip puree, coconut juice and poblano.
