Named after Jim Miller’s family of Russian descent, the Kolikof brand sells some of the highest quality and best tasting caviar and smoked salmon in the world. Factors such as water cleanliness, sturgeon diet, weather, and time of year all effect how the caviar will taste. As a result of this, “Every batch is personally inspected by me to ensure we continue to carry top quality product that our consumers expect,” notes Miller. A private salt recipe developed by Kolikof ensures the caviar remain fresh at consumption.
All caviar farms — located in Europe, Israel, the US, and multiple Balkan countries — are personally inspected by Kolikof to ensure the highest grade caviar is harvested according to stringent international and US government standards. All caviar are acquired from these farms at their peak, through a unique handling and evaluation process.
