Room With a View

In January, as part of a $46 million renovation of Dallas’ famed Reunion Tower, Wolfgang Puck opened his latest fine-dining restaurant. Named Five Sixty as an homage to the 560-foot-building that houses it, the top-floor, 200-seat establishment features Asian-influenced cuisine. The floor-to-ceiling windows afford diners sweeping panoramas of the city. A 400-label wine list places an emphasis on American producers and complements signature dishes, which include a spicy tuna tartare in a cone with tobiko and shaved bonito, and a glazed, licorice-honey pork chop with pork belly topped with fennel-pear marmalade (shown).
