The highly anticipated Grand Opening of Salute under acclaimed Chef Luciano Sautto took place on September 16th at the newly renovated Red Rock Resort in Sumerlin, Nevada.
Born and raised in Napoli, Sautto seeks to infuse Salute’s inaugural menu with his heritage, but maintains that body wellness and wholesome nourishment are of equal importance. Among the array of Italian specialties, we are promised a housemade Truffle Tagliatelle – porous and dusty, the ideal pasta to pair with Sautto’s black truffle cream sauce. Piedmontese black truffles are delicately incorporated into the sauce, but even more breathtaking is the generous shaving of truffle that will be served table side! Garnished with micro chives, this is a luxurious dish unlike any in Las Vegas.
