When chef Bruce Kalman of Union hosts his third annual Feast of Seven Fishes this Christmas Eve, his appearance on season 15 of Bravo’s Top Chef will be a few weeks underway (it premiered December 7). Chef Kalman and co-owner Marie Petulla will unfurl a multicourse extravaganza featuring olive-oil-poached abalone, Santa Barbara squid, halibut steamed in fig leaves, and more—all of which draw on Kalman’s experience sharing the tradition with his wife’s family. Advanced reservations are required, and the meal has seatings at 5 and 7:30 p.m.
