Wine and Dine at Bellagio’s Annual Epicurean Event

Las Vegas’ Bellagio resort is presenting an evening of food and wine pairings on September 17 as a part of the annual Epicurean Epicenter series. Bellagio’s master sommelier and wine director, Jason Smith, and Frank Husic, owner of Husic Vineyards, will host about 70 guests ($195 per person) for the evening. Patrons will taste various Chardonnays and Cabernet Sauvignons from Husic Vineyards’ 2005 through 2009 vintages, paired with a four-course dinner prepared by Prime Steakhouse. Menu highlights include duck breast with caramelized Brussels sprouts, pistachios, and butternut squash mustard; as well as steak with bone marrow fritters, king oyster mushrooms, and cipollini onion.
