In an effort to continue serving the most discerning of jetsetters and foodies on the go, Zuma Miami has announced the launch of their new Yacht Catering Menus, complete with a dockside dining experience, service from Zuma’s stellar dining room team and the inclusion of their signature plate- and glass-wear. To reinforce the ever-growing popularity of the Miami River District as the city’s “new waterfront,” Zuma’s contemporary Japanese menu can now be enjoyed right on the water with the exclusive opportunity to enjoy creations from their head chef along for the ride in a private or chartered yacht. Additional services such as bartending/cocktail service and the personalized service of a private sushi chef are also available upon request.
With a selection of 15 favorite dishes from Zuma’s menu, guests enjoying the Yacht Signature Dantai Menu will begin with a classic edamame appetizer followed by tune tartare, shucked oysters on ice, yellowtail and seabass sashimi, seared beef, tomato & eggplant salad and a chef’s selection of sushi and sashimi. Working through some of the warm dishes, guests will feast on a spectacular menu boasting bone-in rib eye, miso-marinated black cod, grilled scallops topped with pickled plum, jumbo tiger prawn, sweet corn and a Japanese rice hot pot. Of course, no meal at Zuma is complete without their celebrated selection of towering desserts featuring a fresh assortment of exotic fruits and signature sweets such as the Zuma Special Chocolate or the Green Tea and Banana Cake. A Premium Dantai selection is also available with upgraded menu items including king crab, wagyu steak with fresh wasabi root, and roasted lobster with shiso-ponzu butter. Prices for the yacht catering menus start at $225pp and include unlimited soda, fruit juices and bottled water.
Perfectly paired beverage packages will also be available and are customizable based on the guests’ needs. Highlights of the beverage options include a full wine, sake and champagne list offered with a sommelier consultation or a premium sake selection presented as a tasting station. The Classic beverage selection includes the sommelier’s selection of red and white wine, unlimited Sapparo Reserve or Sapparo Lite and choice of one signature cocktail. Upgraded Signature and Premium packages are also available with more expansive cocktail selections and Champagne toast options. Classic Beverage Package pricing starts at $85pp for 3 hours and $105pp for 4 hours.
All yacht catering orders must be made 72 hours in advance. Catering is currently only available dockside and docking in front of the restaurant must be arranged with the dock master at Epic Marina in advance to guarantee access.
