The iconic Halekulani hotel will host a one-of-a-kind interactive cocktail pairing experience with the “Best Barman in the World,” Colin Field of the Ritz Paris on September 26 at Lewers Lounge. This special event is part of the acclaimed lifestyle series Halekulani Living, which is inspired by the hotel’s four core pillars – Connoisseur, Masterworks, Wellness and Legacy.
The Art of Style experience at Lewers Lounge on Friday, September 26 is from 6 to 8 p.m. and will feature the art of styling cocktails. Patrons will enjoy an interactive demonstration and tasting experience led by Field. In addition, each cocktail concoction will be accompanied with an Amuse Bouche designed by Executive Chef Vikram Garg to provide a truly unique vertical tasting. After the presentation, guests will be treated to a special live jazz musical performance by Tommy James, Music Director of the Duke Ellington Orchestra and favored Honolulu pianist.
