Pullman Water Level Route
This was the original 20th Century Limited high-speed passenger train that connected Chicago and New York, traveling along the scenic Water Level Route past the Great Lakes. The lightest in color of the three whiskies in the Pullman Collection, the Pullman Water Level Route ($350) has been aged for 14 years in American oak, is bottled at 111.88 proof, and possesses a deeply floral, heathery bouquet, followed by flavors of citrus, marmalade, and touches of cinnamon in the finish. Only 321 bottles have been produced. (theglenlivet.com)
