Minnick calls this rum a “hidden gem just waiting to be discovered.” This lightly golden spirit boasts salty sea breeze and coconut on the nose. Vibrant flavors abound, from marzipan to plum pudding to orange peel, it is rounded out with hints of green apple, pecan, and pepper. The finish is long with tropical notes on the palate and a menthol tingle on the lips.
