Tasting notes: Huge, concentrated, and blessed with a vault-like structure, this gorgeous wine should continue to develop for the next decade or more. Worth knowing: The traditional 59-acre Mas de Boislauzon estate in Châteauneuf-du-Pape has been run for generations by the Chaussy family. The unassuming family maintains a low profile, but this has not prevented seekers of authentic Rhônes from singing the estate’s praises and, by word of mouth, winning it a cult following.
