Ballentine is among the few producers leading the charge to bring back this delicious variety. The 2017 ($28) offers beautiful zesty grapefruit and fuzzy peach flavors layered with delicate honeysuckle aromas and a subtle spiciness in a clean and dry—but mouth-filling—style.
