It is 12 feet 10 inches long and 31 inches wide and weighs only 36 to 40 pounds, making it easy to move across the water and transport across land. Each Kayak 1 (starting at $25,000) is built to order in New Zealand and requires 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. Optional accessories include a matching paddle, seat pads, a protective cover, and storage cradles.
