This summer, Four Seasons Resort Lanai is debuting a series of health and wellness offerings geared toward bettering both body and soul. Led by the resort’s resident yogi, Rajanish Govind, and mind-body guide Becca Coren, the complimentary daily fitness classes are suitable for guests of all ages and skill levels. Island-specific outings include sunrise yoga on the beach, aqua yoga in the pool, sunset yoga on the Luau Grounds, and an outdoor boot camp. Meditation classes, cardio workouts, and Pilates sessions are also offered, as well as discussions on stress and weight management.
And in the fall, the hotel will further its holistic appeal by spearheading HA Wellness Journeys, a series of weeklong sessions featuring prominent wellness speakers, writers, and artists. In September, teacher and healer Renate C. Hume will teach guests to explore their multifaceted personal dimensions using personal mandalas. In October, entrepreneur and philanthropist Susan Page will discuss the importance of developing a positive “Yes!” philosophy to life’s challenges. And in November, holistic coach and private chef Ōlelo pa‛a Faith Ogawa will explore the importance of mindfulness. Rates for the weeklong events start at $995 per night based on double occupancy for six nights. Amenities include three spa treatments (each valued at up to $200), free fitness and cooking classes, and 15-percent discounts on tennis and golf. (fourseasons.com)
