Relocated from the nearby Waldorf Astoria New York—which is undergoing a multi-year renovation—the Parisian spa specializes in age-defying therapies like the Black Orchid Facial (borrowing from its namesake Black Orchid skincare line) and the 90-minute Skin Light (employing microdermabrasion and a rich-meets-radiant Orchidée Impériale Radiance mask for ultra-bright skin). Once you’re brightened and tightened, head to the salon for a complimentary makeup retouch before sipping bubbles at the Plaza’s chic Champagne Bar.
