Price: From $1.7 million to more than $9 million
Developer Jason Halpern of JMH Development is passionate about making a mark in the world—not only through his boutique buildings but also through his charitable giving. For his most recent residential project, Three Hundred Collins—a 19-unit glass structure designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen and located in Miami Beach’s posh South of Fifth neighborhood—Halpern is donating $20,000 per each unit sold to Charity: Water. The New York–based nonprofit has brought clean, safe drinking water to more than seven million people, and 100 percent of the donations will fund additional projects in developing countries.
Three two- to four-bedroom units are still available at the ultramodern Florida property and feature white oak floors, stone finishes, floor-to-ceiling windows, custom Juul-Hansen kitchens, and wraparound terraces. Priced from $1.7 million to more than $9 million, the residences are on track to be completed this winter.
