Smith Optics I/O 7

This season, Smith Optics is offering its I/O 7 snow goggles with a range of new lenses to cover almost any occasion. The I/O 7 line features quick-release lenses, Smith’s AirEvac ventilation system, and a contoured frame to better fit the face. These frames house one of Smith’s largest spherical lenses—providing an expansive field of vision—and are treated with an anti-fogging coating. But the big news is the range of colors the latest lenses come in. Along with new shades of green, red, and violet, there is also a rose-colored photochromatic (meaning it lightens or darkens in response to the current light) lens available this season. The new I/O 7 goggles are priced from $200, but the version with the photochromatic lens (shown) is $240.
