Quest Aircraft Company Kodiak

The Quest Aircraft Company launched in 2001 in Sandpoint, Idaho, with the aim of building a robust, reliable aircraft to meet the demands of mission operations—hauling heavy loads in and out of short, rough strips. A jet-fuel engine was required, since avgas is hard to find in much of the world. The Kodiak found a niche not only for mission operations, but also for charter operators, backcountry adventurers, and others who need versatility and dependability. The Kodiak flies with a Pratt & Whitney PT6A-34 turbine engine, and amphibious or straight floats are an option.
