Each transformation takes roughly 1,500 hours.
The interior retains the latest tech and amenities available in the current Challenger Hellcat, including an infotainment system with navigation, cruise control, and an 18-speaker audio system.
“We don’t consider our cars to be restomods,” says Rick Katzeff, CEO of ExoMod Concepts. “It’s a modification to the exoskeleton of the car while retaining all of the safety, reliability, technical, and performance features underneath . . . “
The custom SRT wheels, in Satin Graphite, are paired with Brembo brakes.
With Hennessey’s 6.2-liter supercharged V-8 under the hood, the car generates 1,193 ft lbs of torque.
The ExoMod Concepts C68 Carbon is priced at $379,000.
Along with being far more powerful than the current Challenger, the vehicle’s extensive use of carbon fiber makes it a total of 400 pounds lighter as well.
While the original 1968 Dodge Charger comprised a reported total of 96,100 examples, this modern interpretation is one of only 10 that are currently being constructed.
