Porsche Museum, Stuttgart

If you have yet to make a pilgrimage to the Porsche Museum, this may be the perfect excuse to visit. On the weekend of June 16 and 17, company executives will take over this stunning architectural masterpiece—a structure that appears to float above the ground on three delicate pillars—for a weekend celebration focused on Porsche employees, residents of the Stuttgart suburb of Zuffenhausen, and prospective customers.

Also expect to find tributes to the town’s most famous business scattered throughout both Porsche’s factory complex as well as neighboring Stuttgart, famed for being the home of that other German marque, Mercedes-Benz. The Porsche Museum is a must-see destination for any devotee of the marque, but even more so on this celebratory weekend.
