From McLaren’s racing program to its brand-new production sports cars, it is widely known that the British carmaker’s favorite color is orange, which also graces its logo. The company offers a range of orange hues for its cars, including McLaren Orange and Tarocco Orange. With a 727 hp twin-turbo V-8 engine and a 176 hp electric motor, the 2015 McLaren P1 reaches 60 mph from a standstill in less than 3 seconds and tops out at 217 mph. Such performance begs a level of ostentation for the paint job. No matter the color, all 375 examples of the McLaren P1, which starts at $1.15 million, have sold out. McLaren has not said if it will continue production.
