Pardo’s 43 takes a different tack from the rest of the group, but this modern Italian commuter is, like the others, a playpen for many guests. The open style is sunbed heaven, with side-by-side beds in the cockpit and bow, along with outdoor lounges for cruising offshore or dining alfresco in a remote cove. A hardtop provides sun protection, but not too much, because this open yacht is all about access to the sun and wind—and water, judging from the wide-open transom. The interior has a saloon and master suite, with impressive headroom and natural light. Pardo was so successful with the 43, selling 18 units in just a year, it is launching a new flagship 50 in September at the Cannes Yachting Festival.
