Technical features such as a carbon-fiber mast and boom, as well as a raised-saloon design, give the Southern Wind Crossbow an edge over other yachts in the 100-foot sailing class. Naval architects Farr Yacht Design outfitted the 104-footer for transatlantic crossings, while Nauta Design created a large, light-filled interior to keep the owner and crew comfortable for such voyages. Light-oak paneling, stainless-steel detailing, and a cream-and-coral color scheme deliver a warm feel. The yacht has four staterooms and quarters for five crew members. Crossbow has 5,522 square feet of sail area and a tender garage for a 14-foot RIB.
