Turkish shipyard Turquoise Yachts has announced plans for a new 216.5-foot superyacht, to be designed in collaboration with Nuvolari Lenard. Capable of traveling at approximately 16 knots, the sharp-looking yacht offers the amenities of a much larger vessel in a smaller format, thanks to an efficient layout. Equipped with a spacious owner’s suite and six guest cabins, the yacht is well suited for extended trips with family or friends. It will also accommodate a crew of up to 18.
The trideck yacht features two large alfresco-dining areas and a swimming pool—exactly what is needed to enjoy warm summer days and the salty sea breeze. Double staircases near the pool lead to a swimming platform at the water’s edge. The sundeck features sunbeds and a hot tub, while the beach club is equipped with a gymnasium, a hammam, and a massage room that leads outside to a private terrace. A touch-and-go helideck makes it easy for guests to get to the boat in a matter of minutes. The yacht also features two tenders and three jet skis so guests can embark on leisurely expeditions. Construction is expected to begin by the end of the year. (turquoiseyachts.com)
