Yamaha’s MT-10 SP is close to the same specification as the base model, but gains some important additions like an exclusive paint scheme of blue, silver and black and, more importantly, semi-active Öhlins electronic suspension.
The bike is fit with the Öhlins Semi-Active Suspension System for revised electronic compression and rebound damping.
Yamaha’s MT-10 SP variant is fit with the same 998 cc inline-four-cylinder motor as the base model MT-10.
The MT-10 SP’s range of adjustments means you’ll almost always be able to find a suspension setting that suits the ride.
The bike features a 4.2-inch, full-color TFT display.
Bridgestone’s S22 tire comes as standard fitment on the MT-10 and SP variant.
The combination of those gold Öhlins suspenders, that motor and chassis and the easily understood electronics makes for a naked bike that provides a real alternative to the status quo from Europe.
