Best of the Best 2013: Men’s Fashion: Cuff Links: David Webb

Some great designs get better with age, and that is the case with David Webb’s cuff links. The American jewelry designer, who died in 1975, left a legacy of finished pieces and unrealized sketches. Now, under the careful eye of the brand’s new owners, Mark Emanuel and Robert Sadian, more of Webb’s bold and playful pieces are in production, including these wolf’s-head cuff links ($9,500) made with 18-karat gold, emeralds, and red enamel. With menswear becoming more colorful and individualized, Webb’s designs seem more of the moment than ever. (212.421.3030, 310.858.8006, www.davidwebb.com)
