The small circle of collectors familiar with the jewelry designed by Glenn Spiro (www.glennspiro.com) is about to grow. Spiro had offered his jewelry and gemstones only at his private salons in London and at Bergdorf Goodman in New York, but in April he opened an in-store shop at Harrods in London. Now he has a higher-profile venue for showcasing exquisite pieces such as the chandelier earrings shown here, which feature diamonds set atop rubies. Spiro is known for favoring cuts that are unusual for such extraordinary gemstones and for using those gems in unexpected combinations. Prices range from $100,000 to several million dollars.
