This design allowed for a rather unconventional, cab-forward architecture complemented by a subtle and elegant styling. Its competition-bred power train is a 2.5-liter V-8, which makes 245 hp. This example, chassis number 2006 owned by Bruce Milner of California, was awarded with Best of Show by the Rolex Circle of Champions at the 2017 Quail Motorsports Gathering (and was named Best of Show at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance 16 years ago).
