In the dining room, a custom table designed by Sá Aranha & Vasconcelos (SA&V) is surrounded by ivory-leather chairs and topped with Vista Alegre plates, Isabel Lara napkins, and SA&V scented candles. Behind the table is a pair of two-tone SA&V floor lamps. Body in Progress (foreground), a marble sculpture by the Portuguese artist Carlos Andrade, stands nearby.
An acrylic chair from Acrila pulls up to a desk of black leather and red-lacquered steel in one of the home’s studies. Atop the desk sits Delightfull’s Turner lamp, whose shiny brass base and white-lacquered top complement the sheen of the custom ebony bookcases.
The study continues the yellow theme with a custom desk topped with lemon-colored leather. The Aston Direction 4-Ways leather swivel chair is by the French designer Jean-Marie Massaud.
Yellow accents in the master bedroom include a side table, a velvet headboard, and a wool throw. The wall behind the bed is clad in chocolate-hued leather, and the ceiling is rimmed in copper.
