The 800-pound racer conceals the bedroom area from the living space and gives everyone something to talk about.
Installing the car required three full days and a crew of 25 people from both Aretfacto and Finish My Condo Construction — both design specialists in Miami.
“Artefacto and Pagani worked closely together to create the stand, crafted of aluminum and carbon fiber. In order secure the nearly one-ton vehicle in a suspended position, we bolted it to the concrete slab of the ceiling and floor,” says Artefacto founder Paulo Bacchi.
“With few Pagani Zonda’s manufactured each year, we don’t expect this type of project will ever happen again,” says Bacchi.
Of the installation, Bacchi sums it up perfectly: This is technology, function and art, but most certainly an incredible conversation piece.
“Our first reaction was EXCITEMENT, ANTICIPATION, AND AMAZEMENT….since we knew this project was unique in America, and a fantastic challenge, for all of the minds involved in the project, to make this happen,” says Carina Radonich of Finish My Condo.
