The newest masterpiece from luxury developer Bruce Makowsky is a $250 million spec home located at 924 Bel Air Road in Los Angeles. Initially distinguished as the most expensive home listed for sale in the U.S. when it listed, the abode also features the most advanced home tech system in the nation. The 38,000-square-foot new-construction home includes two master suites, 10 oversized VIP suites, 21 baths, three gourmet kitchens, a swimming pool, a 40-seat theater, and a sprawling auto gallery with a collection of cars valued at more than $30 million. There’s even a massive wall of assorted candy to further sweeten the deal.
