A former printing warehouse in New York City is ready for its new chapter as a luxe condominium building. Known as 90 Morton, the turn-of-the-century West Village property received a fresh facelift from architect Asaf Gottesman, who kept the basic elements of the original cantilevered structure while redesigning the upper floors. The first eight floors of the building are from the original printing warehouse; the upper four floors are all new construction. Prospective homeowners can choose between two- to five-bedroom units made for contemporary city dwellers. Onsite amenities include a library, swimming pool, sauna, and fitness center.
