Custom Swarovski-crystal light fixtures, crisp white interiors, and plenty of glass make the living room feel light and airy. A curved white staircase designed by Pagano leads to a second-story Juliet balcony that overlooks the living room, while glass doors on the main level lead outside to the terrace. “I used welcoming fabrics and soothing colors to make it fun and happy,” Pagano says of the space. Private elevator access from the building’s lobby guarantees discretion.
