10 Real Estate Markets to Watch in 2018

Currently in its 39th year, Emerging Trends in Real Estate is an annual real estate and land-use industry report put together by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Urban Land Institute. Based on focus groups, interviews, and a survey conducted between June and August of this year, the report analyzes new trends in 78 leading North American markets. The following 10 markets were ranked as the top overall U.S. real estate prospects to watch in 2018.
