The 39-unit Regalia building is no stranger to over-the-top amenities—one of the penthouses comes with a $500,000 pink diamond and rooftop waterfall. And while the other units may not offer diamonds, they all have pre-wired systems that turn the entire residence into a function of their iPads and smartphones. Among the features, water sensors can alert owners whenever a drop of water touches the ground (in the event of flooding), and “welcome” and “goodbye” functions adapt to residents’ specific home preferences. Perhaps best of all, the bath can be prefilled with just a few simple clicks on a screen, even when you aren’t in the building. The tower’s wine vault also features a fingerprint access panel that opens directly to a resident’s personal collection.
The two final developer units, Beach House and Penthouse, are available for $29 million and $35 million, respectively.
