In the past decade, Dallas has emerged with a dynamic art scene that is catching up to the big leagues on the East and West coasts. Located in the heart of the city’s Arts District, near the Winspear Opera House and Wyly Theatre, the Hall Arts Residences cater to a forward-thinking buyer. The 45 residences—which range from 1,600 square feet to over 10,000 square feet for the two-story penthouse with a private 3,000-square-foot rooftop garden—each offer open floor plans with design schemes provided by Emily Summers Design Associates and architecture from HKS.
