This 43-story tower will house 130 residential units as well as the new Mexican Museum—a project created in association with the Smithsonian Institute, which celebrates the arts and culture of Mexico and the Americas. The tower and museum will connect to the adjacent 1903 Aronson Building, which is being restored and rehabilitated as part of the project. The Aronson building will house space for the museum on levels 2 through 4, and 16 residential units on levels 5 through 10. Residential amenities will include a fitness and yoga studio, game room, bar, lounge, salon, and spa. The project will be completed by 2020.
