Surrounded by mountains and vineyards in Northern California, Four Seasons Resort & Residences Napa Valley is a wine lover’s paradise. On track to open in early 2019, the property will include a Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard and a five-acre on-site winery. Residents can participate in a grape-to-glass winemaking program (the first of its kind at a Four Seasons) overseen by winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown and then try the finished product in a tasting room that is available exclusively to homeowners.

All 20 of the single-family, full-ownership homes represent a modern spin on traditional farmhouses (think rustic fireplaces, wood accents, French doors, and trellis-covered terraces that overlook the mountains). The two- to four-bedroom homes also come with two-car garages and, fittingly, private wine cellars. After sharing a glass of wine with loved ones, residents can head to the nearby 47-mile Vine Trail to hike or ride bikes through wine country.

Only three of the homes remain on the market, with pricing starting at $4.5 million.
