Freemans and Dewar’s Collaborate on a Stylish Way to Share Scotch

In the late 1800s, Tommy Dewar, whose father founded the Dewar’s Scotch whisky brand, traveled the world carrying bottles of his family’s brew to share with new markets. In that same spirit, Dewar’s has partnered with Freemans Sporting Club to create a limited edition of 250 handcrafted cotton-and-leather roll-up bags ($150 apiece) designed to hold a bottle of whisky, which can attach to a bicycle or serve as a portable tote. The whisky carryall includes a custom-made Dewar’s flask and space for a 750 ml bottle (designed for Dewar’s 18-year-old release, $80 separately), and it is lined with wool from Dewar’s official Scottish family tartan. The bag can be customized with monogramming upon request ($20) and is available at Freemans Sporting Club’s New York and San Francisco boutiques, as well as through the company’s website.
