Like all classic designs, John Lobb loafers (johnlobb.com) never go out of style. The wing-cap Warwick (top. 1,795) and the unlined Wisley (bottom, $1,480) are both finished with intricate hand-stitched details. At the company’s workshop in Northampton, England, the cobblers employ many of the same techniques and tools that were used in 1866, when the company was founded. The company says the construction of each pair of loafers involves a 190-step process.
