Chopard Celebrates Its Geneva Connection

For the 125th anniversary of the Geneva Seal (Poinçon de Genève), the famous watchmaking manufacturing standard, Swiss watchmaker Chopard has released a commemorative L.U.C XPS timepiece, limited to 125 models (about $18,500). The watch is fitted with Chopard’s first L.U.C self-winding movement, which, despite being developed at the brand’s Fleurier manufacture (the brand also has facilities in Geneva), was originally designed to fulfill the exacting standards of the Seal.
