With technological innovation at the core of the revamp, the thoughtfully designed expanded space will allow guest to experience more of the brand and it products than ever before.
To enhance guest experience and comfort, a new guest lounge, reception area, gallery, private offices and expanded kids club have been implemented into the space. The guest lounge features a state of the art multi-screen LED display, providing visitors with a strikingly visual introduction to the parent company Minor International and its brands and properties. A walk-through gallery was created for guests to explore the full scope of Anantara Vacation Club’s membership, benefits and usage options, which also includes the first of its kind in the industry a 360 degree-immersive virtual tour through a theatre of surround video and iPads. In it, guests are seemingly transported through a variety of Anantara Vacation Club’s Club Resorts from Bali to Thailand and Sanya, China, providing an authentic 360◦impression of the accommodations, local experiences and activities offered.
At an impressive 910 square meters, the newly enhanced preview center is truly world class and industry leading. The enlarged private sales offices within the space are also technologically advanced, with individual large-screen computers to showcase interactive presentations that are specifically customized to each visitor.

Design of the preview center incorporates Feng Shui from the inside out, including auspicious symbols like a koi fish pond and lily pond, golden dragon entrance, and a red and yellow color scheme representing good fortune and luck for guests.
